At Yumean, a menu using the main tuna from Oma, Aomori Prefecture will be on sale as part of the "Tohoku / Sanriku Support Michinoku Summer Story" fair. At Aiya, a menu using natural tuna from Shiogama, Miyagi Prefecture will appear. Both will be sold in limited quantities from August 5th to September 8th.

"Oma's Honmaguro Sanriku Michinokuju" that appears in Yumean comes with miso soup and new incense. The selling price is 1,699 yen for in-store food and drink (tax included, same below). Take-out is 1,507 yen and home delivery is 1,620 yen, but miso soup and new incense are not included.

Oma tuna, which is characterized by high-quality fat landed in Oma Town, Aomori Prefecture, is used, and is served with ingredients such as mutsuwan scallops and Sanriku mekabu, as well as sea urchin, peony shrimp, and negitoro. It is a heavy weight. Negitoro is not from Oma.

At Yumean, "Sanriku Mekabu Soba Summer Vegetable Ten and Oma Omoto Tuna Bowl Set" will also be prepared for in-store eating and drinking. The selling price is 1,429 yen.

Aiya Shiogama Natural Tuna Sanriku Michinoku Don Gozen


At Aiya, "Sanriku Michinoku Don Gozen, a natural tuna from Shiogama" will be prepared. Seasonal cooking, chawanmushi, miso soup, and pickles are included. The selling price is 2,190 yen for in-store eating and drinking.

Aiya's special seafood bowl set with scallops, botan shrimp, sea urchin and salmon roe.
