Chicken thigh 250g (8.82oz)
Salt and black pepper, a little kimchi 150g (5.29oz)
1 tablespoon mirin
1 teaspoon soy sauce

How to make Kim cheese chicken

Bring the chicken to room temperature. Cut into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper to season.
