The moist dorayaki skin is sandwiched between flavorful zunda bean paste that retains the crushed texture of edamame. It is available at direct sales stores and online shops.
In addition to a single item, a set of 6 or 10 pieces, and an assortment with Kameya Mannendo's classic cake "Navona" will be prepared. In addition, a spring-only "seasonal confectionery" set with a sable "Yuzuki" made from raw chocolate is also available.
