Yingchun brown sugar tiger grilled
Dorayaki is characterized by a "tiger pattern" that uses brown sugar from Okinawa prefecture and Wasanbon molasses from Kagawa prefecture as the dough. You can enjoy the combination of bean paste with a strong presence and fluffy and moist brown sugar dough.
The special tiger-patterned fabric is baked by laying paper on an iron plate. By not directly burning the dough, it has a soft texture that cannot be tasted anywhere else. Also, to make delicious bean paste, we use carefully selected red beans from Hokkaido. It is carefully cooked and finished to match the moist dough. With a rich and gentle sweetness, it goes well with tea and coffee.
"Yoshiharu brown sugar tiger ware" comes in a calm yet bright crimson-based individual wrapping with a golden greeting and a tiger pattern. It's a perfect souvenir to bring with you to the New Year's greetings. The price is 216 yen per piece (tax included, same below), 1,296 yen for 5 pieces.
