Sake and mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp
Sugar Salt 1/2 teaspoon
pepper a little
Starch 2 tablespoons
Olive oil 1 tablespoon

Grilled chicken breast with perilla

Ingredients (for 2 people)

1 chicken breast, 1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon sugar / salt
Pepper a little 2 tablespoons of potato starch
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 large leaves

How to make

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces 1 cm thick.

Mix sake, mayonnaise, sugar and salt in a bowl or plastic bag, soak chicken breast and leave for about 10 minutes.


Add potato starch and sprinkle on the whole.


Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and line up the chicken breast. Cover and bake on medium heat for 2 minutes.


Turn the meat over, cover it again, bake on low heat for 1 minute, turn off the heat, and leave it for 1 minute with the lid on.
