Freshness Burger will hold a "Chicken Series" campaign on April 13, offering five types of hamburgers made from meat of the leg and thigh. The campaign will be available all day long at Freshness Burger outlets nationwide (except for the ballpark, zoo, and Cocoon City Saitama-shintoshin outlets).

Chicken Series" Campaign

Currently, two types of burgers are available: "Crispy Chicken Burger" and "Salted Lemon Chicken Burger" using thigh meat. Now, five new burgers will be available: "Chicken Nanban Burger" and "Chicken Demi Katsu Burger" using Kyushu "Hanami Tori" meat, and "Hot Chili Chicken Burger" using the existing thigh meat.

The chicken meat is made from "Hanamidori," a brand name chicken produced in Kyushu. The meat, which is generally thought to be dry, is made fluffy and moist by a special process. The crunchy batter gives the dish a healthy yet satisfying texture.

The thighs are prepared in the restaurant by deep-frying thick, hearty, raw thighs with a special batter containing eight different spices. You can enjoy the juicy and succulent taste of the meat.

Chicken Nanban Burger

The burger is filled with a mild and rich nambanzu sauce, fresh raw vegetables, and a tartar sauce with a variety of ingredients. The sweet and spicy taste with just the right amount of sourness is addictive. The price is 470 yen (tax included, same as below).

Chicken Demi Katsu Burger

A classic with a nostalgic Western-style demi-glace sauce. It is combined with plenty of crispy shredded cabbage and a touch of tangy mustard. Price: 450 yen.

Hot Chili Chicken Burger

Topped with sriracha, a Thai chili sauce, and salsa sauce with tomatoes and zucchini. The spicy flavor is sure to please spicy food lovers. The price is 470 yen.

Crispy Chicken Burger

Accented with crispy roasted almonds. The honey mustard sauce has a refreshing sourness and gentle sweetness. Price: 450 yen.

Shio Lemon Chicken Burger

Burger with Setouchi salted lemon sauce. The lemon peel and lemon juice give the burger a nice bitter taste that goes well with the juicy chicken. Price: 450 yen.
