Cut chicken meat into thin strips about 1cm thick. Sprinkle with salt and sake and let sit for about 10 minutes.Put bread crumbs, green laver and cheese powder in a plastic bag, close the mouth and shake to mix.
Add the chicken meat and shake to mix.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, place the chicken meat on the pan and cook over medium heat. Turn over when browned and finish cooking on both sides.
