Ingredients (for 1-2 people)

Broad beans edible part 100g (3.53oz)
New onion small 1 or large 1/2
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Pepper a little cheese for pizza as much as you like

How to make

Broad beans are lightly boiled in salt and peeled. Slice the new onion thinly to about 5 mm.


Heat a frying pan, melt the mayonnaise and fry the new onions. Sprinkle with pepper and turn off the heat when it is clear.


Put the onions in a plate that can be used with a toaster, such as a baking dish, and put broad beans on it. Add cheese for pizza and heat with a toaster. When the cheese melts and becomes lumpy, take it out and complete.
