Easy pumpkin pudding recipe in the microwave!

Here is a recipe for pumpkin pudding that you can easily make in the microwave without using fire. You can also make caramel sauce with lentin!

Material ( For 2-3 people )
Pumpkin (seeded) 150g (5.29oz)
milk 1 cup (200cc)
sugar 3 tbsp
egg 1 piece
Vanilla extract (if any) Appropriate amount
sugar 1 tbsp
water 1 tsp

Introducing the recipe for "pumpkin pudding" that can be easily made in the microwave. Sprinkle with caramel sauce or cinnamon if you like. You can also make caramel sauce just by lentining sugar and water!

Easy pumpkin pudding in the microwave

3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg Vanilla extract (if any) Appropriate amount

[Caramel sauce]
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon of water ~

● How to make

Cut the pumpkin into 5 cm squares, put it in a heat-resistant container, wrap it, and heat it in a microwave oven (500 W) for about 5 minutes.


When the pumpkin becomes soft, remove the skin and crush it.




Add sugar to the pumpkin and mix. Add the melted eggs and milk and mix. Add a few drops if you have vanilla extract.



Pour the pudding liquid into a heat-resistant cup (until about 8-9 minutes). If you are concerned about fine bubbles or pumpkin fibers, pour in while rubbing with a colander.


Cover with wet kitchen paper without wrapping.


Heat in the microwave (500W) for about 4 minutes while watching the situation.

When the surface has hardened and the heating is finished, leave it for about 10 minutes and preheat it. If you stick a bamboo skewer and the pudding liquid does not come out, it is complete!


For caramel sauce, put sugar and water in a heat-resistant container (the bottom is deep because it is lumpy) and heat it for 2 to 2 and a half minutes while watching the situation in the microwave without wrapping. When it is brown, take it out and stir with a spoon. If the liquid is hard, add a small amount of hot water and spread it.


Put this on the pudding and you're done.
