"Ekiben-style Iberian pig weight" is a bento that is made by cutting Iberian pigs grown on acorns to a thickness of about 5 mm, baking them, and putting them on top of rice. The best breed of Iberian pig "Bejota" is used. Bejota, which is characterized by the sweetness of lean and fat, goes well with sweet and spicy sauce. You can enjoy it deliciously without warming it.
"Ekiben-style salmon harako rice" is a lunch box with a lot of toppings, in addition to salmon harass that is thick with fat and salmon flakes that are moderately salted. It is a satisfying dish that combines salmon and salmon roe that go well with each other.
