Ministop will start selling "Ekiben-style Salmon Harako-meshi" from January 25th as a commemorative product of the "Ekiben-style Bento" series, which is celebrating its first anniversary. The price is 599 yen (tax included).

The "ekiben-style bento" series was launched this year with the concept of "offering a taste of the extraordinary" in response to the decreasing opportunities for travel and business trips under Corona, and the total sales of the series have surpassed one million. In January, to celebrate the first anniversary of its launch, the best-selling "Salmon Harako Rice" will be upgraded.

Ekiben-style salmon harako rice

The "Ekiben-style Salmon Harako-meshi" has the same fatty salmon roe, but the salmon roe has been upgraded to silver salmon roe. The ingredients such as rice, salmon roe, and salmon flakes have been increased in overall volume. The container and wrapping paper have also been changed to give it a new look and feel.

The price including tax is shown with the reduced tax rate of 8% applied to take-out. The standard tax rate of 10% will be applied when eating and drinking in the eat-in space.
