Seiyu's private brand "Everyone's endorsement" series. Many of them are cheap and delicious, so I am often indebted to them, but this time I tried and compared two types of frozen pizzas, "Pizza Margherita" and "Bacon Pizza"! Both are as easy as 198 yen (excluding tax) per sheet.
Pizza Margherita
A pizza topped with homemade sauce, basil, mozzarella and gouda cheese on a low-temperature, long-term aged dough that slowly brings out the umami. After sprinkling the attached basil oil, warm it in a microwave oven, oven, or toaster and eat it.
Just bake with a toaster!
When you bite into it, the dough is thin and crispy and crispy. With plenty of chewy cheese, the creamy richness and umami go perfectly with the sweet and sour tomato sauce. The basil sauce and olive oil that have been added are also fragrant and refreshing, and they are insanely delicious!
It ’s a classic taste, but it ’s delicious.
Bacon pizza
A pizza topped with homemade Neapolitan sauce, homemade bacon, mozzarella cheese and Gouda cheese on a low-temperature, long-aged dough. Onions and peppers are combined in the sauce. This is also warmed with a microwave oven or toaster.
The umami and saltiness of juicy bacon, combined with the mellow richness of the melty cheese, is exquisitely delicious! The diced bacon is more mellow than I expected, and although it is small, it has a nice texture and a good fragrance. The onion flavor goes well with bacon, giving the impression of a rich side dish pizza.
Summary
Both are thin pizzas, so you can fully enjoy the juicy ingredients without the mouthfeel of bread. In this case, it seems unlikely that you will not be able to eat the part of the stain that is not filled with ingredients.
By the way, the approval rating confirmed on Seiyu's official website is 90.7% for Margherita and 86.0% for bacon pizza, but I personally liked bacon pizza more. I liked the juicy bacon because it was delicious.
Both are about 22 cm in diameter. The volume is just right for one or two people to eat, and if one person eats one, it will be full. With this, 200 yen per sheet is cheap. If you keep it in the freezer, it will be useful as a dish for lunch and dinner!
