Carrots 150g (5.29oz)
ginger 50g (1.76oz)
salt 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice / olive oil 1 tablespoon
honey 2 tablespoons

Carrot ginger hot salad

Ingredients (for 2 people)

Carrot 150g (5.29oz)
Ginger 50g (1.76oz)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of lemon juice and olive oil
2 tbsp honey

How to make

Cut carrots and ginger into julienne and put in a heat-resistant container. Shake the salt, mix gently and leave for 5 minutes.


When the carrots and ginger are tender, add lemon juice, olive oil and honey and mix.


Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a microwave oven at 500W for 1 minute. Leave it for 5 minutes with the wrap on and it's done.
