ketchup 2 tablespoons
soy sauce 3 tbsp
vinegar 3 tbsp
sugar 3 tbsp
Water-soluble potato starch 1 tablespoon
Salad oil 1 tablespoon

◆ Material

Atsuage 2 pieces Carrot 1 piece Onion 1 piece Peppers 4 pieces Ketchup 2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon of water-soluble potato starch
1 tablespoon of salad oil

◆ How to make

1. Cut carrots, onions and peppers into bite-sized cubes. Atsuage is also cut to the same size as vegetables.


2. Put carrots and onions in a heat-resistant container and heat in a microwave for 5 minutes.

3. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan, add the softened carrots, onions, peppers and fried tofu and fry on medium heat.


4. Add ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and entangle well. Add water-soluble potato starch and thicken it to complete.
