Dashi stock 1 tsp

Water-soluble potato starch 1 tablespoon

◆ Material

Turnip (medium size) 3 pieces Minced pork 150g (5.29oz)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Ginger tube about 2 cm
1 teaspoon of dashi stock
200 ml of water
1 tablespoon of water-soluble potato starch

◆ How to make

1. Turn the turnip skin and cut the white part into 6 equal parts. Wash the leaves and stems well and cut into pieces about 2 cm wide.


2. Fry minced pork and ginger in a frying pan over medium heat.


3. When the minced meat is half cooked, add the white part of the turnip, water, dashi stock, and soy sauce, cover and simmer for about 7 minutes.


4. Add turnip stalks and fry quickly. Add water-soluble potato starch to finish and finish when thickened.
