Material ( For 2-3 people )
Chicken fillet 250g (8.82oz)
Starch 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil 2 tablespoons
Soy sauce / sugar 2 tablespoons
Mirin and vinegar 1.5 tbsp
Sesame seeds 3 tbsp

Sashimi sweet and spicy

Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

Flank steak 250g (8.82oz)
2 tablespoons of potato starch
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce and sugar
1.5 tablespoons of mirin and vinegar
3 tablespoons of ground sesame seeds

How to make

Slice the scissors into bite-sized pieces (4-5 equal parts).


Sprinkle the whole with potato starch. Put it in a plastic bag and shake it for ease.


Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and line up the scissors so that they do not overlap.


After baking on both sides over medium heat, wipe off excess oil in the frying pan with kitchen paper, add soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and vinegar, and simmer while entwining.


Sprinkle sesame seeds on the whole to finish.
