Ingredients (for 2 servings)
100 g bonito tataki sashimi1 avocado
4 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons mustard and vinegar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
arugula or baby leaves, to taste
Bonito and Avocado with Mustard Directions
Mix mustard, fish sauce and soy sauce in a bowl or Tupperware container.Cut bonito sashimi and avocado into 1.5 to 2 cm cubes. Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Add bonito, avocado and cherry tomatoes to the container with seasonings.
Serve on a plate lined with arugula or baby leaves.
