Spicy horse! Chicken kimchi recipe
Ingredients (for 2 people)
1 chicken thigh 1/2 onion kimchi 100g (3.53oz)
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons of liquor
1/2 teaspoon of sugar and chicken glass
How to make
Mix soy sauce, sake, sugar, and chicken soup in a container to make a sauce.
Cut chicken thighs in half and cut into small pieces of about 2 cm. Cut the onions into skewers of about 5 mm.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, arrange the chickens so that they do not overlap, and color them on both sides.
Add onions and fry. When the onions are tender, add sauce and entangle them all over.
Add kimchi and stir-fry to roughly mix the whole.
What is its taste?
A good balance of crispy and responsive chicken and spicy kimchi. Chopsticks advance with meat, kimchi, and double umami. Depending on the part, the texture of the crispy and thick onions is also a nice accent! It is a good recipe not only for side dishes of rice but also for snacks of sake. Please try it when kimchi seems to be too much.
