shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes) 5-6 pieces
mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
breadcrumbs 5 tablespoons
soy sauce 1 teaspoon
black pepper (Piper nigrum) small quantity

Shiitake mushroom stuffed with bread crumbs and mayonnaise

Ingredients

5 to 6 shiitake mushrooms
5 tablespoons bread crumbs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon soy sauce
a pinch of black pepper

Directions

Cut off the stems of shiitake mushrooms.


Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce, add bread crumbs and mix well to make filling.

Mix soy sauce and mayo in advance.

Add bread crumbs.

Fill the shiitake mushroom casings with the filling.


Place in a toaster oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes until the filling is browned. *Adjust the baking time according to the toaster.


Sprinkle with black pepper.
