Okinawan local cuisine "Shirishiri" is a nutritious recipe with plenty of carrots. It's easy to make and can be used as a color for your dining table.

Carrot

material

2 carrots, 1 can of tuna, 1 can of egg, 2 teaspoons of milk
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
Japanese style soup stock 1/2 teaspoon

How to make

Shred the carrots. It is convenient to have a slicer.

This work is the hardest

Put only tuna oil in a frying pan and heat.

Add carrots when the oil is heated. Fry slowly over low heat.

If you spread it flat, the fire will be fast

When the carrots are tender, add tuna, soy sauce, and Japanese-style dashi stock and mix.

Combine the egg and milk, melt and put in a frying pan.

Fry the egg while entwining it with carrots, and when it hardens, it's done.

What is its taste?

The texture of the shredded carrots and the taste of the tuna that overflows from the gaps are irresistible! Eggs have a fluffy texture and a mellow richness. The sweetness of the carrot deepens as you chew it, and the chopsticks are so delicious that you can't stop even though it's simple.

Thanks to the tuna, it has a juicy finish as a stir fry. It's not watery, but it's fresh, so it's perfect as a side dish for summer.

Make plenty and put it in a small bowl for each meal. Also recommended for sandwiches!
