Miyashita Sake Brewery (Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture) will release two types of "luxury craft cocktails" and "takumi bartender family drink cocktails" that bartenders make on August 7. A lineup of "gin and tonic" and "vodka lemon sour".
The "Takumi Bartender Family Drinking Cocktail" series is a craft cocktail made by Miyashita Sake Brewery, which manufactures all kinds of brewed and distilled liquors, using raw materials from Okayama. Nowadays, the demand for home-drinking is increasing, and you can easily enjoy high-class cocktails like those made by bartenders at home.
Gin and tonic is a unique blend of more than 10 types of botanicals (flavored plants) such as juniper berries and coriander based on our own rice shochu. A cocktail made by distilling in a pot still and storing it in oak barrels, dividing "Craft Gin Okayama" with tonic water. You can feel the refreshing scent and deep taste. Alcohol content 5%. It comes in 250 ml and costs 350 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).
On the other hand, vodka lemon sour uses Nijo barley produced in Okayama prefecture as a base raw material, and fermented it is distilled in a pot still. "Craft vodka Akihikari", which is uniquely filtered with birch charcoal, is used. A good balance of rich aroma and acidity of 100% lemon juice from Okayama prefecture. Alcohol content 5%. It comes in 250 ml and costs 400 yen.
Both can be purchased at Miyashita Sake Brewery's official online shop.
