Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo "Nakameguro Way" and "Roastery Amber Ale

Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo Alibiamo Bar

Starbucks Reserve Roastery Tokyo opened in Nakameguro, Tokyo in February this year (2019). it has been a long time since we visited the main bar on the first floor andTibana Bar on the second floor, but this time we report on Aliviamo Bar on the third floor.

As you take the stairs up to the third floor, you are greeted by a colorful wall made of Starbucks Reserve coffee cards. As you proceed, you will see a silo that looks like a laboratory apparatus, and further in the back is a bar counter with many kinds of drinks and glasses. The atmosphere is mature, like a bar in a hotel.

When you put your nose close to it, the aroma is like beer. But the moment you take a sip, the flavor of coffee spreads brightly. The beer and coffee aromas are linked together to create a deep, rich flavor. Finally, the bitterness lingers on the tongue, leaving a strong aftertaste. It would be great with a pizza from the Italian bakery Princi, which is available for purchase in the store.
