Craft gin "Mirai Zukuri 2021", which is distilled surplus craft beer from Totsuka Sake Brewery and Yo-Ho Brewing, is now available. From October 14th, it will be sold mainly at Totsuka Sake Brewery's official online shop. The selling price is 4,290 yen (tax included, shipping fee not included).

According to Yo-Ho Brewing, a declaration of emergency in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Hyogo issued from April 25 to May 11, 2021 requested restaurants to stop serving alcoholic beverages, and Yona Yona Ale official beer restaurant. Craft beer has been suspended all day at all "YONA YONA BEER WORKS" stores. Due to the imminent expiration date of the returned inventory and the inventory that remained after orders from each business partner stopped, about 6,000 liters of craft beer and 400 barrels of craft beer were about to be disposed of at Yo-Ho Brewing.

As a remedy, Totsuka Sake Brewery, a long-established sake brewery that manufactures sake and shochu, and Craft Gin were jointly developed in Saku City, where the Yo-Ho Brewing Brewery is located. Craft beer was distilled twice in Totsuka Sake Brewery's distillation facility, which increased the alcohol content by about eight times and produced distilled liquor with no expiration date. This will be the second initiative following the "Future Zukuri 2020" in 2020. It is said that the last time, about 1,200 lottery-sold bottles were sold out immediately and were well received.
