The base alcohol is made by steeping Hojicha and Earl Grey tea leaves for about an hour to extract the flavor, and then adding grapefruit juice. 20% grapefruit juice, 8% alcohol. The Singapore Cooler is a collaboration with Jigger & Pony, a popular bar in Singapore, and is an adaptation of their popular "Little Red Dot" cocktail. The drink is a mix of gin, berry juice (strawberry, black currants, blueberry, red raspberry), lychee liqueur, and rose accents. 7% juice, 9% alcohol.
