Material ( For 2 persons )
water (esp. cool, fresh water, e.g. drinking water) Approx. 400ml (13.53us fl oz)
onion (edible plant, Allium cepa) 1/6
myoga 1-2 pieces
miso About 1 tablespoon

Miso soup with myoga

Ingredients

About 400 ml water
1/6 onion
1 or 2 myoga
about 1 tablespoon miso

Directions

Cut onion into thin strips and myoga into small pieces.


Put water in a pot and heat, then make soup stock according to your preference. When it comes to a boil, add onions and bring to a simmer.


Once the onions are cooked, turn off the heat just before boiling and add miso. Serve in bowls, sprinkle with myoga, and you're done!
