Yagen cartilage 200g (7.05oz)
Salt and pepper a little
Liquor 1 tablespoon
sweet sake 1 tsp
soy sauce 1 tsp
water 1 tsp
Yuzu pepper 1/2 teaspoon

■ Materials
Yagen cartilage 200g (7.05oz)
1 tablespoon of salt and pepper
1/2 tablespoon of salad oil
1 teaspoon mirin
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon of water
Yuzu pepper 1/2 teaspoon

■ How to make
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the cartilage.


Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan to bake the cartilage, sprinkle with sake and cover it. Steam for 2 minutes on low to medium heat.


Open the lid, increase the heat, and fry while removing the juice. Add the mixed seasonings (mirin, soy sauce, water, yuzu pepper), mix, and serve in a bowl to complete!
