Ingredients
1 package yagen cartilage1 leek
2 cm tube of garlic
2cm tube of ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sake
white sesame seeds, to taste
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt to taste
Directions
1. lightly wash and drain yakene cartilage and sprinkle salt lightly. 2.Saute garlic and ginger in sesame oil until fragrant, then add yarrow cartilage.
