[Tasting] "S & B chopped green onion, ginger, garlic mix" Condiments are combined into one and convenient! Japanese flavored vegetable mix

This is the standard Japanese condiment, green onion, ginger, and garlic! Introducing the convenient bottled seasoning "S & B chopped green onions, ginger, and garlic mix".

S & B chopped green onion, ginger, garlic mix

"S & B Chopped Green Onion / Ginger / Garlic Mix" is a flavored vegetable mix made by adding green onions to chopped ginger / garlic. A "freshness long-lasting tube" is used that prevents air from touching the contents even after opening. Each bottle contains 160g (5.64oz), and the purchase price at a supermarket in Tokyo is 298 yen (excluding tax).

It can be used for a wide range of cooking scenes such as stir-fry, seasoning, and after-sale. This time, I made "Flavored Atsuage" which is used for sauce without heating and "Japanese flavored Peperoncino" which is used for pasta sauce.
* Atsuage is based on the recipe on the official website. * The amount is for one person.

Freshly fried tofu

Cut one small fried toaster (about 150g (5.29oz)) into a size that is easy to eat, and heat it in a microwave oven or toaster oven.

Mix 2 teaspoons of ponzu and 1 teaspoon of this product.

Sprinkle on warm fried tofu and sprinkle with green onions if you like.

A fluffy fried tofu that gently wraps the three kinds of condiments with a savory flavor. The freshness of ponzu is also effective, and the degree of snacks is dramatically improved! It's a recipe that comes in handy when you want another dish because you can make it quickly.

Japanese flavor Peperoncino

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and add 2 teaspoons of this product to bring out the flavor.

Add 1 torn pepper.

Add 2 glasses of boiled pasta to the ladle. Bring to a boil over high heat until thick.

Add 1 teaspoon of dashi soy sauce and 100 g of boiled pasta and entangle it all over to complete.

Sprinkle with parsley if you like

Punchy Japanese peperoncino with ginger and green onions as well as garlic! The richness of olive oil, the umami of soy sauce, and the spiciness of chili peppers make it a simple yet unstoppable taste.

You can add ingredients such as sliced sausages and mushrooms if you like. In that case, add it before adding the boiled juice and fry it roughly.

A convenient item that makes it easy to make Japanese-flavored dishes with just one bottle. Recommended for beginners!
