Matsuya's "Pork Ginger-yaki Series" has been repeatedly renewed and constantly pursued for its deliciousness. In the revival festival of pork ribs [Part 2], "Pork Kalbi Ginger-yaki Teishoku" will appear for the first time in four and a half years.

Pork ribs grilled juicy on the teppan and onions accented with crispy texture are intertwined with a delicious ginger sauce that spreads an aromatic fragrance. The mayonnaise is a perfect match, and the rich flavor makes the rice go faster. The ginger sauce has also been improved to give it a more "gingery" taste. The "Beef Ginger Yaki Set Meal" is a new item on the menu, which is a stir-fried beef yakiniku, a popular Matsuya staple, tossed with an exquisite ginger sauce. The ginger sauce, of which Matsuya is very proud, goes perfectly with the flavor of the beef. Priced at 790 yen, double 1,190 yen.
