As the name suggests, this bag of shaved ice is inspired by "Iwashita fresh ginger" and will be available from April 1, 2023. The 135 ml bag comes with a cup and spoon at the Iwashita Fresh Ginger Museum in Tochigi City, Tochigi Prefecture, and is priced at 200 yen (tax included).

, is a Kyushu staple, a taste of memories and soul food loved by children, and can be served in a bowl out of the bag or ripped open and eaten straight from the corner of the bag.


This time, "Iwashita Pickling Soup," a pink-colored pickling liquid of fresh ginger under Iwashita, is used, and straight yuzu juice is added to the refreshing flavor unique to fresh ginger under Iwashita to create a refreshingly sweet taste with a touch of fresh ginger.

In addition to the Iwashita Fresh Ginger Museum, the product will be sold at Holland Foods' official online store and Hello Day supermarkets in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka, Chikuho, Kumamoto, Yamaguchi, and Shimonoseki. Other supermarkets in the Kyushu area are also scheduled to carry the product in the future.
