Strong Flour Cookies Crunchy, crunchy, dusty, delicious♪

Cookie recipe using strong flour instead of light flour. They turn out crispy and flaky! Convenient when you run out of flour or have leftover strong flour.

Material ( For approx. 25 sheets )
strong flour 200g (7.05oz)
egg one (object)
sugar 50g (1.76oz)
butter 60g (2.12oz)

Strong Flour Cookies Crispy, Delicious, Easy Recipe

Ingredients

200 g strong flour
1 egg
50 g sugar
60 g butter

Butter can be substituted for 50g (1.76oz) salad oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

Mix eggs, sugar and butter in a bowl.



If the butter is lumpy, melt it in a bath of hot water.

Add the flour and mix well with a spatula. When flouriness is gone, mix into a single ball.




Stretch and spread on a piece of plastic wrap and wrap into a stick shape.



With a knife, slice into rounds about 8 mm thick and place on a baking sheet.


Bake in the oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes, until the edges are slightly browned.
