Monaka x cookie unique collaboration confectionery. I would like to introduce the Yamagata souvenir "Nanjo Dabe" because it was interesting and delicious.

Nanjodabe

In the dialect of the Okitama region of Yamagata prefecture, "Nanjodabe" means "How is it?" Or "How is it?" It is made by combining the Japanese confectionery "Monaka" and the Western confectionery "cookie".


Received the highest award at the 2012 Yamagata Rice Flour Food Contest. In addition to souvenir shops in the Yamagata area, it is also available at online shops and antenna shops around the world.

The package is black. The "Nanjodabe" placed in the center is shining. The price of the 5 pieces I bought was 688 yen (tax included).

When I grab it, the different textures on the top and bottom are interesting. The middle is crispy and light, and the cookies are crispy. The cookies are finished with a strong salty, sweet and sour taste to balance the lightness of the monaka.


The gentle flavor of rice emitted during the process and the rich and rich taste of cookies match surprisingly. It's a mysteriously delicious taste. It's also interesting that the atmosphere changes depending on which side of the monaka or cookie you put on your tongue.
