I found "Soft Men", which was once a staple of the school lunch menu in some areas, at KALDI Coffee Farm. Nostalgic, I tried two kinds of "rich Neapolitan taste" and "rich sweet special curry taste".

Each is a set of noodles and sauce for one meal. The price is 105 yen (tax included).

How to make

Fry your favorite ingredients in an oiled frying pan. This time I used 2 wieners, 1/4 onion and 1 bell pepper.


When it's cooked, add the noodles.


Loosen the noodles with a small amount of water and mix with the ingredients.



Add the sauce (powder) and entangle it all over to complete. In no time.

How does it taste?

The rich Neapolitan taste is a slightly junk, sweet and rich taste. The Neapolitan character is perfectly reproduced.



The special curry flavor is sweet and slightly spicy. It is a mild spiciness that is easy for people and children who are not good at spicy foods to eat.



The essential noodles are chewy and chewy. It's also chewy, and it's much tastier than the school lunch soft noodles I remember. Maybe it's because the taste of the sauce is familiar to the noodles because of the stir fry. To be honest, when I was a kid, I wasn't good at soft noodles that weren't chewy and unfamiliar, but I should have been looking forward to it.


It can be stored at room temperature for about half a year and can be cooked in about 10 minutes without boiling. It is excellent as a stock ingredient even without nostalgia, so please try it once you see it.
