Penne and shell with buckwheat scent! Kuzefuku Shoten's "Soba Pasta" is fashionable even if you put it in a salad or soup

Food select shop "Kusefuku Shoten". I was curious about the "soba pasta" I found here, so I tried it.

Kuzefuku Shoten Soba Pasta

I bought 3 types of "Penne", "Shell" and "Curl". Both included 100g (3.53oz) and the price was 288 yen (tax included).

Penne familiar with gratin etc.

"Curl" with a large surface area and well entwined sauce

"Shell" with a cute shell-like shape

The raw materials are wheat flour, buckwheat flour, wheat protein, salt and simple. Is it made only of buckwheat flour because it is dark in color? I think that the main ingredient is wheat flour.

Both are boiled in the same way as regular pasta. Boil time is 8 minutes for penne, 10 minutes for shell and 7 minutes for curl.

The sauce to match can be Western or Japanese. While you can feel the slight flavor of buckwheat, the crispness and texture of pasta are maintained. Is it a little chewy compared to wheat-only pasta?

Not only is it recommended as a staple food with sauce, but it is also recommended as an ingredient for pasta salad and soup. Even with the usual seasoning, the soba flavor gives it a slightly Japanese taste. There is also a change in appearance ◎.

If you get tired of the usual pasta, try it! Kuzefuku Shoten also offers a wide variety of pasta sauces, so be sure to check them out as well.
