At the cafe / restaurant in the Ginza Cozy Corner, the autumn / winter limited menu "Waguri's Rich Mont Blanc Parfait", "Chura Koi Beni's Mont Blanc Parfait", "Hokkaido Hotate and Kabu Japanese Pasta", and "Clam Chowder Plate with Lots of Ingredients" will be available on October 4th. It has been on sale since the day.

Waguri's rich Mont Blanc parfait

A luxurious parfait with a deep taste that uses whole Japanese chestnuts not only in the astringent skin of chestnuts but also in Mont Blanc cream. You can enjoy the mellow and rich flavor of Ghana gelato and the harmony of the dark bitterness of chocolate sponge. The price is 1,200 yen (tax included, same below).

Chura Koi Beni Mont Blanc Parfait

The richly squeezed Mont Blanc cream uses the rich Okinawan red potato "Chura Koi Beni". You can enjoy the "potato feeling" of crimson and purple along with the ice cream made from Kagoshima purple potatoes. The price is 980 yen.

Japanese-style pasta with scallops and turnips from Hokkaido

Luxurious Japanese-style tailoring with fresh scallops, seasonal turnips, umami and soft texture. A savory dish that melts the flavor of shellfish into soy sauce butter. The price is 1,100 yen.

Clam chowder plate with lots of ingredients

The fluffy clam chowder is perfect for the chilly season. You can enjoy the "eating feast soup" with a lot of delicious clams, onions, and potatoes, along with the flavorful thick-sliced toast. The price is 1,000 yen.
