Sirloin meat with egg yolk!
I ate the Yoshinoya's first sukiyaki menu using sirloin. Limited quantity and high attention, the store I visited sold out before 12:00 on the day of release on August 14th.
The price is 860 yen (tax included). The number of sales is planned to be about 500,000 meals nationwide, and it is scheduled to end as soon as it is sold out.
Crispy new incense. It was Chinese cabbage
Sukiyaki and rice in black weight, raw eggs, miso soup, and new incense come out on the tray. Sukiyaki uses 120g (4.23oz) of raw sirloin meat sliced to a thickness of 1.8mm, and after the order is placed, it is boiled in a meat pot where the gyudon ingredients are simmered, and then served on rice. A special sauce is sprinkled on it.
Scoop only the yolk with a separator
It is said that you can eat it freely, but I scooped only the yolk and dropped it on the meat in order to make use of the raw egg and the separator that separates the white and yolk.
When you divide the yolk with chopsticks and sprinkle it on the meat, it becomes an amber that is similar to passing the meat boiled in sukiyaki through a raw egg. It has a strong beef flavor that makes you want to describe it as "meaty".
If you divide it with chopsticks and sprinkle it on the meat
Since the gyudon ingredients are passed through the broth, the sweetness of the onion and the umami of the fat are slightly transferred, but the sirloin itself is not very fat and has a refreshing taste. Even so, I have a personality that makes me realize that I am really eating beef.
An amber that resembles a sukiyaki passed through a raw egg
The slices of sirloin pinched with chopsticks look solid, but the meat is tender and thin, so it quickly tears apart in your mouth. The egg yolks make the tongue mellow, the throat feels good, and even if you want to thoroughly taste the sirloin, you tend to eat more and more.
The sauce is full of juice
It is also recommended to enjoy rice and sauce with new incense
The sauce that is being sprinkled is full of juice. The rice on the bottom of the weight is single-minded. Unlike the broth of gyudon ingredients, the aroma of soy sauce stands out rather than the flavor of meat and onions. It's a perfect complement to the sirloin, but the chopsticks go well with just the rice and sauce. It is also recommended to stop eating meat for a while and enjoy this sauce with new incense and rice.
The volume is more than enough for lunch, and when you finish eating, you will be more hungry than beef bowl. Whether or not you can order at the nearby Yoshinoya depends on your luck, but if you see it, please give it a try.
