Zuborahan "Stir-Fried Hamburger Steak and Rice Bowl" Recipe

Ingredients: Ingredients

I used a recipe from Kewpie as a reference.

Rice 200g (7.05oz)
Ground beef 60g (2.12oz)
1/4 onion
1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
1 1/2 tablespoons chuno sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop onion. Combine ketchup and chuno sauce.

This is the only place I use a knife.

Put onion, ground meat, water and mayonnaise in a frying pan, toss well and turn on the heat to fry.

When the meat is cooked and broken into small pieces, add the combined ketchup and sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix roughly, and place on a bowl of rice to complete the dish!

How does Zuborahan "Stir-fried hamburger steak on rice" taste?

Yum! I knew it was going to be good before I ate it, but I knew it was going to be good! The sweet and sour ketchup and sauce enhances the flavor of the meat. The sweetness of the onion that still retains its crunchy texture. It may look like a minced meat, but it tastes exactly like a hamburger steak. How can this not go with white rice!

Chew it and your mouth turns into a hamburger.

If you are hungry, you can add melted cheese or an onsen tamago (egg) on top of the hamburger to increase the volume. If you want a hamburger but don't want to bother with kneading the meat, try this!
