) 1 can mackerel (190g (6.7oz))
1 bag mushrooms (buy the ones with the pebbles cut off, it is easier to use kitchen shears to remove them yourself)
50g (1.76oz) mixed beans
200g (7.05oz) can tomatoes

1. Cook mushrooms, mixed beans and tomatoes over medium heat.


2. When the mushrooms are cooked, add the mackerel.


3. Turn off the heat, add the curry roux and mix well.
