Do you like ginger ale, everyone? This time, the editorial department tried to make homemade ginger ale using "dry ginger" with reference to KALDI's recipe.
Personally, I didn't really like ginger ale, but I was surprised at how delicious it was. To be honest, it took a lot of work, but even so, I made a delicious devil's drink that I wanted to make and drink again!
◆ Materials
The materials I bought are as follows.Dry ginger (ginger sugar) 100g (3.53oz)
Sugar 50g (1.76oz)
250 ml of water
Cinnamon Stick Appropriate amount Clove Appropriate amount Lemon juice or carbonated water If you like
Dry ginger is procured from "Orchardy" sold at KALDI. Each bag contains 100g (3.53oz), so use the whole bag.
◆ How to make
Put dry ginger, sugar and water in a pan and simmer for about 5 minutes.Mix this once and put it in a toro-toro state.
Put it back in the pan, add the cloves and cinnamon sticks and bring to a boil.
After removing the heat, put it in the refrigerator to cool it. This completes the syrup.
Put the syrup in a glass and divide it with your favorite amount of lemon juice or carbonated water and you're done! This time, I added a few drops of lemon juice to unsweetened carbonated water.
A spicy scent that spreads as the bubbles pop. When you take a sip, ginger's spicy, refreshing spiciness, slight acidity, and honey-like sweetness remain on your tongue after a crisp, crisp throat. What a really delicious thing ...!
Ginger ale is so delicious when I make it myself ... It was worth the effort. That said, it's not too much of a hassle because it's just boiled and blended, if you want to drink this.
I think it's happy to make plenty at once and drink little by little every day. It looks delicious to drink as hot ginger in winter!
