One of KALDI's popular products, "Original Black Tea Lemon". Concentrated lemon tea using Ceylon tea that you can enjoy by dividing it with water or carbonic acid.
When you mix this black tea lemon with eggs and bake French toast, it's sweet and sour, and it's really delicious! Try this refreshing summer recipe.

If the bread is thickly sliced, it will take time to soak the egg liquid, so I think that about 6 slices are just right.
● How to make
Break the egg into a bowl and melt it. Cut the egg whites well so that the egg liquid is evenly mixed.Add milk and black tea lemon and mix.
Cut the bread diagonally, place it on a flat plate such as a vat, and pour in the egg liquid. Turn the bread over on the way and let the egg liquid soak on both sides for about 15 minutes.
Place the bread in a frying pan with melted butter and bake on low heat for about 3 minutes. When it gets brown, turn it over, cover it, and steam it again for about 3 minutes.
After baking, serve in a bowl and top with powdered sugar and black tea lemon to complete! You can also add sliced lemon or mint if you like.
