olive oil 1 tablespoon
shiso (Perilla frutescens var. crispa) Two or three sheets
plum pulp proper quantity

Ingredients (for 1 person)

Pasta for 1 serving
・Ochazuke-no-moto 1 bag
・Olive oil 1 tablespoon
・Shiso 2 or 3 leaves
・Ume plum paste to taste

How to make

1. Boil pasta


2. Put boiled pasta and olive oil in a bowl, add ochazuke-no-moto and mix well.



3. Serve on a plate, topped with chopped shiso and ume plum paste.
