The first "shark fin" menu in Sushiro's history is now available. "Kesennuma Shark Fin Stew" will be on sale for 3 days from May 10th (excluding some stores). The price is 300 yen (excluding tax).

First time

A dish that luxuriously uses shark fin, which is known as a high-class ingredient. You can enjoy the melting taste with plenty of collagen, which is simmered in the original rich sauce. It will end as soon as the quantity is limited.

* Items and prices differ at some stores in Tokyo. Not available at Sushiro Konomi.
