tea Recipe

Ingredients

The recipe is based on Meiji's recipe.

Dried fruit mix 150g (5.29oz)
2 tea bags of black tea
1 cup hot water

I'll use this.

Directions

Put dried fruits in a colander and pour boiling water (not included in the quantity) over them to drain.

I poured roughly boiling water on it.

Add 2 tea bags to 1 cup of hot water to make tea.

Make a strong black tea.

Pour the tea into a container with the dried fruits and let sit for about half a day until the dried fruits absorb the tea and plump up.

Put it in a jar and leave it overnight.

The whole area is now fluffier and more bulky.

When the fruit returns, you're done! Top with yogurt or ice cream and enjoy!

How does it taste?

Plumped up after absorbing tea. The stickiness of the dried fruit has weakened, and its crunchiness and freshness have returned. The more you bite into it, the juicier the aroma of the gorgeous black tea spreads, delicious~!

The refreshing sweetness of the fruit and the aroma of black tea are the best match. You can eat it as it is as a snack, topped with yogurt or ice cream, or on toast with cream cheese. Please enjoy any arrangement you like.
