"European Curry Bondy" is a famous curry shop that has several stores including the main store in Jimbocho, Tokyo. I went to the Otemachi store in search of exquisite curry.
The shop is about 7 minutes on foot from Exit C1 of Otemachi Station, and about 10 minutes from JR Kanda Station. Look for the orange sign that says "Bondy". When you go down the stairs and open the door on the first basement floor, the appetizing scent gently tickles your nasal passages.
I ordered "Chicken Curry" from the signboard menu. I chose sweet, medium spicy, dry to medium spicy and topped with cheese for +150 yen. The price is 1,480 yen + 150 yen, for a total of 1,630 yen (tax included). You can also have the amount of rice reduced.
It was also recommended outside the store
Immediately after ordering, it wasn't curry but "two whole potatoes and butter". Melt the butter on a potato that steams up when you break it. It goes without saying that the compatibility is good.
I was a little surprised at first
Curry arrived in about 10 minutes. Rice and curry are served on separate plates. This look and scent is already delicious.

The thick curry has a complex flavor that is different from that made at home. The mellow richness, the taste of vegetables and fruits, and the spiciness of spices combine to fill the mouth. The stimulus that remains in the mouth and the scent that comes out of the nose are pleasant.
