Ingredients
I use Snow Brand's recipe as a reference.
4 tablespoons powdered cheese
20g (0.71oz) chirimenjako (dried young sardines)
2 teaspoons dried sesame seeds (white)
2 teaspoons aonori (green laver)
a pinch of chili pepper to taste
You can adjust the balance of the quantities to your liking.
Directions
Simply mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle over hot rice and enjoy.

How does it taste?
The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma and richness of the cheese spreads out. The aroma of sesame and aonori (green laver) that follows, the crunchy texture of dried baby sardines...all of these flavors and textures are mixed together in your mouth at once. Yumai!
The taste is beautifully integrated even though the amount of information is quite large. While the presence of the cheese is a bit prominent, the addition of a bit of chili pepper is a nice touch to tighten up the flavor.
