At each Hamazushi store, the limited-time menu "Rich! Hokkaido Miso Ramen" will be on sale from December 20th. The price is 380 yen (excluding tax).
Last year (2017), the popular "Miso Ramen" was re-appeared with a different miso mix. It seems that it has been improved so that it has a mellow flavor while having a solid taste.
Based on chicken and pork soup stock, rich red miso and mellow white miso are combined, and vegetables such as ginger and onions are mixed with sesame seeds and sesame seeds in a well-balanced manner. The soup has a fragrant and rich taste. The toppings are bean sprouts, char siu, taste balls, green onions, and a combination of simple ingredients.
