From the premium series of Chinese steamed bun "Fami Yokohama Chinatown", the popular product released last year (2017) in a limited quantity has been revived. It was improved and became even more delicious.
A pizza bun wrapped in tomato sauce and ingredients containing 4 types of natural cheese (mozzarella, gouda, cheddar, parmigiano reggiano) in a chewy 2-stage aged fermented dough. Basil sauce is newly used for tomato sauce, and a refreshing flavor is added.
In addition to rich cheese, bacon finished by the double smoke method is rumbling. By using Alpensalz rock salt newly, it seems that the taste of meat is brought out more.
