At each Mos Burger store, "Hyogo / Kakogawa Demigra Beef Cutlet Burger" and "Shizuoka / Suruga Bay Landing Sakura Shrimp Croquette Burger" will be released on September 13 (excluding some stores). Limited time until mid-November.

This is the fourth campaign this year to solicit ideas from store staff with the keyword "local specialties" and commercialize them. This time, out of 2,651 applications, a hamburger with the image of "Katsumeshi" in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture, and a hamburger using "Sakura Shrimp", a regional brand ingredient in Shizuoka Prefecture, were commercialized.

Demi-gra beef cutlet burger is a burger with plenty of shredded cabbage, demiglace sauce, and American mustard on beef cutlet. The sauce is based on 5 types of demiglace sauce, tomato ketchup, rich sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and medium-concentrated sauce, combined with fruit chutney and apple paste, and added dark soy sauce and red wine as a secret ingredient for a deep taste. It seems that the beef cutlet with a satisfying taste matches the rich demiglace sauce. The price is 410 yen (tax included).

Accented with mustard

Sakura shrimp croquette burger is a burger that uses "Sakura shrimp" that is landed only at Yui Port and Oigawa Port in Suruga Bay, Shizuoka Prefecture. Crispy croquette and shredded cabbage are placed on the lettuce, and shrimp creamy sauce is sprinkled on it. You can enjoy the elegant scent of sakura shrimp. The price is 430 yen (tax included).
