This is a Japanese-style cake shaped like a hot water drink with Japanese chestnut paste and whipped cream. Hojicha ganache and cream are wrapped in Japanese chestnut paste, and fragrant okaki and grilled meringue are placed underneath. When you put it in your mouth, the gentle taste of Japanese chestnut and the mellow aroma of roasted green tea spread.
