"Comparison of eating squid with crest", "Superb cod roe" Sushiro for a limited time--Good news from the seas of the world 100 yen PROJECT

At each Sushiro store (excluding some stores), "Crested squid squid comparison" and "Best cod roe" will be released on August 22nd. The price is 100 yen each (excluding tax). It will end as soon as it runs out.

Compared to eating squid, we used squid caught in the Andaman Sea near Thailand. It is characterized by its sweetness and chewy texture. Since the squid and geso are placed on one plate, you can enjoy eating and comparing them.


The finest cod roe made from raw salted Alaska pollack "Mako" caught off the coast of Alaska and in the Bering Sea. The biggest feature is the firm graininess of bubble wrap.
